Return Eligibility

At BrockusCrafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted stained glass gifts. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Process for Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@brockuscrafts.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special Cases

We understand that sometimes things go wrong. In the following cases, we will cover the costs:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will provide a return shipping label and send you the correct item.

Exceptions to the Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Custom or personalized items that have been made specifically for you.
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
